1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd34 ("bd34", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at bd34.io and all associated products, services, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account on bd34, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of bd34 following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bd34 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of bd34 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd34 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register an account or engage in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register a player account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by bd34.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bd34 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory ruling, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits your participation in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must not have had a previous bd34 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

bd34 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by bd34 may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on bd34. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through an agent, proxy, or third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd34 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account on your behalf. bd34 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you become aware or have reason to suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bd34 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bd34 will take appropriate steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and any linked payment method — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics human interaction to operate your bd34 account.
• bd34 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time and may request additional supporting documentation as part of this process.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bd34 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd34 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. bd34 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though bd34 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are typically credited to your bd34 account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bd34 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant mobile financial service or bank.
• bd34 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual, high-value, or potentially connected to fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd34 offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses on bd34 unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. bd34 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) or bets that qualify under the specific offer terms will contribute to meeting wagering requirements. Contributions may vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• bd34 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine play intent constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bd34 offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all bd34 products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. bd34 does not permit cancellation or modification of confirmed bets except in circumstances where bd34 determines that a technical error or manifest odds error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, bd34 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Winnings on sports markets are calculated on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. Live market odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.
• For cricket and other sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL). bd34 is not responsible for result discrepancies arising from official rulings made after initial settlement.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from the studios of licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. The rules of each game variant are displayed within the game interface and take precedence for the purposes of game outcome determination.
• bd34 operates a disconnection policy: if a game session is interrupted by a connectivity issue on the player's side, the game round will be resolved based on the state of play at the moment of disconnection as recorded by the game server.

7 Responsible Gaming

bd34 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. bd34 recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months. During this period, the account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent self-exclusion. bd34 will close the account and block all future registration attempts using the same identity details.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd34 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bd34, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market offered by bd34.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in odds to place bets that bd34 would not have accepted under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies rather than engage in genuine entertainment play.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward bd34 staff, other players, or within any community feature of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on bd34.io — including but not limited to the bd34 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd34 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bd34 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from bd34.io without the prior written consent of bd34.

The bd34 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the bd34 platform. You may not use these marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with bd34 without explicit written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

bd34 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd34 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, bd34 does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

• bd34 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• bd34's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bd34 is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• bd34 is not responsible for decisions made by independent game providers regarding game outcomes, provided those outcomes are produced by certified random number generation systems.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd34's liability for death or personal injury caused by bd34's gross negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy & Data

bd34 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at bd34.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bd34 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bd34 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. bd34 may share data with third parties where required by law, for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or payment processing, always in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

bd34 retains player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations. You have the right to request access to the personal data bd34 holds about you by contacting [email protected].

12 Amendments & Termination

bd34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bd34 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the registered contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published at bd34.io/terms-conditions with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the bd34 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

bd34 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where bd34 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or regulatory standing. Where an account is closed by bd34 in the absence of a Terms breach by the player, any genuine real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of bd34's operation. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through bd34's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
